Amanda Rader
Amanda Rader is a Certified Nutritional Practitioner (CNP) with a passion for helping clients achieve optimal health through personalized, evidence-based strategies. She holds an accredited diploma from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition in Vancouver, British Columbia, where she gained in-depth training in holistic and integrative approaches to nutrition.
Her path to becoming a practitioner began with her own health struggles. Years of undiagnosed Celiac Disease led to chronic fatigue, brain fog, joint pain, and digestive issues, which left her frustrated by the lack of clear guidance in conventional medicine. After her diagnosis at age 21, she was determined to take control of her health, and began a deep dive into the connection between nutrition, lifestyle, and its impact on overall mental and physical health. Her journey spanned over a decade, discovering how transformative the right strategies could be. This personal experience drives her empathy and dedication to guiding others through their health challenges.
In addition to her nutrition expertise, Amanda is a trained craniosacral therapist. She felt inspired to explore this modality after experiencing its profound benefits during her recovery from a snowboarding injury. She integrates craniosacral therapy to support clients with nervous system imbalances, post concussion syndrome, stress, and emotional and physical trauma, offering a comprehensive approach to healing.

Greg Willett
(He/Him/His)
B.Kin, Osteopathic Student
Greg Willett graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with a Bachelor of Kinesiology (B.Kin) and is currently a fourth-year student at the Canadian School of Osteopathy in Vancouver. He provides kinesiology manual therapy treatments with an osteopathic approach, integrating modalities from both disciplines to assess movement patterns as well as anatomical, physiological, and emotional relations to find the root cause of his patients’ symptoms.
His interest in human anatomy began from an early age engaging in various sports with a particular focus on competitive hockey. Greg’s journey through sports has been both exhilarating and challenging, marked by two debilitating back injuries that significantly impacted his life. These experiences, however, became the catalyst for his passion for osteopathy. The holistic approach of osteopathy, viewing the body not as a collection of parts but as a harmonious functional unit, resonated deeply with him and guided him towards this fulfilling path to help others achieve a higher quality of life.
Greg’s personal encounters with severe injuries have given him a unique perspective on the struggles faced by his patients. He understands the physical pain, the psychosocial and emotional factors, and the feelings of isolation and mental strain that accompany injuries and ailments. This understanding fuels his mission to continually learn and master the art of osteopathy, striving to help others achieve the highest possible quality of life and not let their pain or ailments define them or their lived experiences.
If you are looking for a kinesiologist and aspiring osteopath who understands the intricacies of injury and rehabilitation from both a personal and professional perspective, Greg is here to support you on your journey to recovery and well-being.

(She/Her/Hers)
Ferzana Jamani is a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor with The Association of Cooperative Counselling Therapists of Canada (#3255). She has the understanding to support you where you are by focusing on your strengths and will offer you tools that will foster mind and body connections as well as undo the sense of aloneness and ensure you feel safe, heard and seen.
As a BIPOC woman of South Asian descent, Ferzana has struggled with trauma and racism along with adapting to a new way of life when she and her family immigrated to Canada. She grew up feeling invisible and inadequate, struggling with anxiety and low mood, which tainted her relationships. It took volunteering and self-reflection to recognize her self worth and seek help. It was also a journey of healing as she confronted her insecurities and found connection and purpose and her dedication in serving. She is grateful for discovering her voice, her gifts and experiencing incredible personal growth through her learning. Her journey has shown her that she has a lot to offer to the world and she is enough just the way she is and the importance of celebrating her imperfections and ‘the messes’ that make her who she is.
Ferzana practices from a holistic client-centred approach embedded with transpersonal and somatic therapy techniques along with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT), mindfulness, meditation, breathwork and visualization techniques to support you in feeling more connected to your mind and body. Her focus is on individual and family relationships, anti-oppression, intergenerational and racial trauma, limiting self beliefs, anxiety, feminist perspectives, and mental health and substance use disorders. Ferzana is dedicated to being truthful with you and working with you at your pace with care, compassion, and gentleness.

Genieve Morison
(she/they)
Genieve Morison is a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor with ACCT (#3001), owner of Empowered Living Holistic Counselling and co-founder of The Den Wellness Collective.
Genieve has always had an innate curiosity about this life experience and loves diving deep in conversations and connecting with humans in meaningful ways. These qualities have great impact on the space she holds and the work she does.
She was first launched into her career when she suffered a series of concussions, throwing her into an identity crisis and a variety of physical, mental and emotional challenges. As she navigated the healing process she began to see missing pieces within the journey that were integral to the healing. The lack of support and guidance in the experience influenced Genieve’s decision to go back to school when she was well enough. Her goal was to gain the education and understanding of how to help others who were in this same position. Genieve could see the first hand value and impact the inner-self-work and journey was having in her own life and knew there were many others that would benefit. As she walked the concussion healing journey she began to see where she was missing life-skills and deep understanding of her personal human processes - directly impacting her healing and also every area of her life.
Genieve graduated with her holistic life coaching certificate and professional counselling diploma and has devoted many hours to understanding what it takes to achieve healing and change in this life. She works to help others gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their human processes (utilizing a foundation in CBT), so they’re able to gain awareness in real time and have the space and opportunity to make alternative decisions. At the same time working with clients to strengthen their life-skills and transfer their new understanding to daily life. With her unique background in creative arts, movement and dance, Genieve is able to offer a specialized approach to help heal emotional and mental challenges with body movement and expressive arts (no client artistic or dance background necessary). Additionally with her healing journey she provides support and guidance for those who are healing from concussions.
Genieve is trained in CBT, DBT, somatic therapy, narrative therapy, wellness counselling and eco therapy. Genieve is trauma and addictions informed, crisis intervention and non-violent communication informed. She is certified in life and wellness coaching, trained in goal setting, leadership and communication, giving her the capability to help others heal and grow - working in the past, present and future using the biopsychosocial model.
