Amanda Rader is a Certified Nutritional Practitioner (CNP) with a passion for helping clients achieve optimal health through personalized, evidence-based strategies. She holds an accredited diploma from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition in Vancouver, British Columbia, where she gained in-depth training in holistic and integrative approaches to nutrition.

Her path to becoming a practitioner began with her own health struggles. Years of undiagnosed Celiac Disease led to chronic fatigue, brain fog, joint pain, and digestive issues, which left her frustrated by the lack of clear guidance in conventional medicine. After her diagnosis at age 21, she was determined to take control of her health, and began a deep dive into the connection between nutrition, lifestyle, and its impact on overall mental and physical health. Her journey spanned over a decade, discovering how transformative the right strategies could be. This personal experience drives her empathy and dedication to guiding others through their health challenges.

In addition to her nutrition expertise, Amanda is a trained craniosacral therapist. She felt inspired to explore this modality after experiencing its profound benefits during her recovery from a snowboarding injury. She integrates craniosacral therapy to support clients with nervous system imbalances, post concussion syndrome, stress, and emotional and physical trauma, offering a comprehensive approach to healing.

Although her primary focus is brain health and managing chronic inflammation, Amanda’s door is always open to clients who want to address a wide range of health concerns, including digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, chronic fatigue, and more. Her mission is to empower individuals with the tools and knowledge to create sustainable, vibrant health.

Devon Stedman is a graduate of the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy where he received a Masters in Osteopathic Manual Sciences (M.OMSc). He is also a member of the professional association Osteopathy Canada (OSTCAN).

Devon grew up in Ottawa, Ontario and was actively involved in playing high-level basketball throughout high school and university. From an early age, he gained an interest in athletics and the movement of the human body through the training and conditioning required for competitive sport as well as the result of multiple injuries and lengthy rehabilitation periods over the years. At the height of his basketball career while at Dalhousie University, he sustained a devastating knee injury that put an end to his career and competitive sports.

After multiple surgeries and trying different modalities for healing his leg, Devon was frustrated by the lack of results he was experiencing. None of the modalities were providing meaningful results. After four years of rehabilitation, he turned to Osteopathy based on the recommendation of a friend. The impact that Osteopathic treatment had on him was life changing. Devon experienced an incredible recovery and in turn a strong desire to learn this healing art and help others. Devon chose to leave a career in Business and Accounting, and enrolled at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamilton. Upon completing the program, he moved to Vancouver to begin his professional practice.

In Devon’s practice, his goal is to find the root cause of whatever is standing in the way of your overall health. Through gentle, calming treatments he will work to restore the structural integrity of the body, improving motion and freeing the neurovascular structures that allow for the body to heal itself. Devon’s hope is to be able to help others on their journey back to a healthy, pain free life.

Laura is a graduate of the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy where she received a Masters in Osteopathic Manual Sciences (M.OMSc). This was a 4-year, full-time program providing Canada’s highest standards of education and clinical practice. She is also a member of the Osteopathy Canada Association (OSTCAN), and holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Ottawa.

Having personally experienced the benefits of Osteopathy for over 20 years, Laura has received help with everything from sports injuries to digestive issues. Growing up, whenever someone in Laura’s family had a sports accident, pain, or internal health issue that didn’t require the family MD, they went to the Osteopath. This made her curious about how the body is intricately connected, prompting her to study anatomy and biology in university. She decided she wanted to pursue Osteopathy as a career after two concussions in 2016 and 2018, when nothing but Osteopathy provided long-term relief.

Laura believes that the body is intelligent, and that the whole person should be considered when dealing with health. The goal of her treatments is to address the root cause of the pain or dysfunction, not just the symptoms. She sets up the body to heal itself by gently restoring proper motion and balance to the joints, muscles, tissues, and neurovascular pathways. When the anatomy moves correctly, proper function follows, and symptoms like pain have a chance to subside naturally.

Laura moved to Vancouver from Ottawa in 2018 to be closer to the mountains. Outside of the office you can find her climbing in Squamish, hiking up a mountain, or planning her next climbing trip. When she’s not enjoying the outdoors she practices singing, and playing the harmonium, guitar, and piano.

Laura is dedicated to helping patients find relief through patient-centered and personalized manual therapy. She has always experienced trust, safety, and relaxation in the hands of a skilled Osteopathic practitioner, and is honoured to provide the same level of care and safety to her patients on their healthcare journey.

“We look at the body in health as meaning perfection and harmony, not in one part, but in the whole.” -A. T. Still MD, DO

Ann believes that everyone deserves the opportunity to feel good in their body. She loves encouraging the people she works with to feel empowered and curious about addressing their pain, stress, and muscular restrictions, while rediscovering the joy in movement and feeling well.

Patient-centred care is at the heart of Ann’s approach. In treatment she strives to create a grounded and empathetic environment to collaborate with each individual in creating treatment and home-care plans that support their unique goals and needs. She’s happy to meet each patient where they are at, and has a particular passion for working with patients experiencing chronic pain, elevated stress, repetitive strain injuries, headaches, post-concussion symptoms and shoulder dysfunction.

Ann graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy on the Dean’s List in 2021 . She has pursued continuing education in Soft Tissue Release Level 1 and therapeutic exercise. Her treatments are grounded, enthusiastic, and fluid, drawing on techniques including Swedish, neuromuscular techniques, soft tissue release, stretching and myofacsial techniques, while integrating exercise and patient education when appropriate to support long-term change.

Her path to massage therapy was inspired by her ever growing love of physical movement and the outdoors. The injuries she’s sustained through climbing, running and yoga sparked her fascination with the body as a complex, interconnected system, and her passion for working with people one on one turned that curiosity into a meaningful career.

When not in the clinic, Ann can often be found outside chasing the sun: skiing in the winter, rock climbing, running and camping in the summer, or taking a flight to a sunny beach across the globe.

Greg Willett graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with a Bachelor of Kinesiology (B.Kin) and is currently a fourth-year student at the Canadian School of Osteopathy in Vancouver. He provides kinesiology manual therapy treatments with an osteopathic approach, integrating modalities from both disciplines to assess movement patterns as well as anatomical, physiological, and emotional relations to find the root cause of his patients’ symptoms.

His interest in human anatomy began from an early age engaging in various sports with a particular focus on competitive hockey. Greg’s journey through sports has been both exhilarating and challenging, marked by two debilitating back injuries that significantly impacted his life. These experiences, however, became the catalyst for his passion for osteopathy. The holistic approach of osteopathy, viewing the body not as a collection of parts but as a harmonious functional unit, resonated deeply with him and guided him towards this fulfilling path to help others achieve a higher quality of life.

Greg’s personal encounters with severe injuries have given him a unique perspective on the struggles faced by his patients. He understands the physical pain, the psychosocial and emotional factors, and the feelings of isolation and mental strain that accompany injuries and ailments. This understanding fuels his mission to continually learn and master the art of osteopathy, striving to help others achieve the highest possible quality of life and not let their pain or ailments define them or their lived experiences.

If you are looking for a kinesiologist and aspiring osteopath who understands the intricacies of injury and rehabilitation from both a personal and professional perspective, Greg is here to support you on your journey to recovery and well-being.
